The iSNAP study aims to find ways to better reach people in the community to reduce health risks and improve access to early care and reliable information. It focuses on the ways in which in-person and online social networks support and influence individual’s care-seeking, information gathering, and risk reduction for Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.

Who Can Join the Study?

You may qualify if you:

  • are 35 or older and have a parent diagnosed with dementia
  • are 35 or older and have type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure
  • are 65 or older

What’s Involved?

  • Meet virtually or in-person with a data collector for about 1 hour to complete a questionnaire on your own and an interview for an interactive survey.
  • Receive a Walmart gift card as a thank you for your time
